Andy the owner, came to our house and did an excellent job of assessing our needs. He was never pushy or tried to upsell us anything we didn\'t need. Chris who installed everything was wonderful. Always checking with us that he was placing things ( bars, shower heads etc. ) in exactly the right place. A very pleasant experience from start to finish! Now if he only did kitchens, just a thought .

    We moved into a smaller condo last summer and wanted both bathrooms modernized, e.g. mirrors removed and replaced with medicine chests, vanities replaced, wallpaper removed, and the upstairs carpet replaced with tile. Everything was done promptly and efficiently. The owners checked in, and the man who did the installation was reliable and courteous, as well as completely competent. We were extremely pleased.

    I am so impressed by the work done by Dean and his crew in replacing our walk-in shower with a full bathtub/shower combo. They were very friendly and professional, paid great attention to details in working with some of the custom areas of our bathroom, and even offered suggestions on how to finish the rest of the bathroom (which I was doing myself). They went far above and beyond what I was expecting to make us happy and ensure their work was perfect, and finished everything in one day. I\'d also like to thank John for taking time to explain the process and helping us to select the right colors and materials to make the bathroom look great. I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to upgrade or replace the wet area of their bathroom. When we upgrade our second bathroom in a few years we will be using Five Star Bath Solutions again.
