Bath to shower conversion was done to our expectations. Placement of hand rails bath seat were coordinated with us to insure location and height set to fit our handycape daughter. Would definitely use your service again.

In October 2019, we employed 5 Star Bath Solutions of Williamsburg to convert our tub/shower combination into a walk-in shower and are very happy that we did. Here are our 5 Star reasons why: Star 1 – QUALITY! – From our first introductory meeting with Matt, to our design meeting with Duane, the owner, to the installation by Chris and follow-up contacts with each, we received nothing but Quality in every aspect of our interactions. Star 2 – PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCED – Each person acted, dressed and demonstrated these qualities by showing they knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. Star 3 – PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE – Each took the time to listen, work with us and help us to achieve what we wanted by providing information that, at times, we did not even know we needed to know to help us create what we wanted. Duane and Matt took their own calls so there was no talking to an assistant and waiting and waiting hopefully for a call back. Star 4 – NO HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS – We had had previous experiences with other sales people where we were given one price to sign up on the spot, a different, much higher price if you signed the next day or week and an even higher price after that. NOT WITH 5 STAR! They gave a competitive and reasonable price up front, answered all questions with transparency and honesty and gave us a few days to talk about it and decide to sign up or not. Star 5 – DOWN RIGHT NICE AND COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE – Each demonstrated good solid personal values that they brought to everything they did. For example, we discovered part of the bathroom subfloor had water damage that was not a part of the job they were doing for us. However, when we mentioned this issue, they immediately stepped in to help us out. It felt like having a neighbor to lend us a hand when we were in need which is something that is rare these days. My husband and I highly recommend this company! We suggest giving them a call and having a conversation with them about your project sooner rather than later in your planning. It may save you a lot of stress as it did for us.

Five Star redid both of our upstairs baths. We absolutely love them! Ken was great to work with and was genuinely interested in helping us get the new bathrooms we wanted with the best products and designs. Our installer was a real workhorse who got things done and took pride in his work. I would recommend Five Star without hesitation!
