They installed an oversized shower base and shower door for us a couple of years ago. The customer service and installation were great. I requested last week to have a non-skid surface applied to the shower base. In a matter of days this request was fulfilled. This was a small job for them but they were very expedient in doing. Would highly recommend this company for any \"Bath Solutions\".

We had an outstanding experience with Five Star — from beginning to end. We received six bids for our work — a complete renovation of our master bathroom. We had built our house in 1994 and the master bathroom had not held up well. Andrew spent a bunch of time with us figuring out what we wanted. We received a very competitive bid. The work was done in six days (Monday through Friday plus one more Monday) and started exactly on the day it was scheduled. Chris, who was responsible for the installation work, was terrific. Everything was high quality right down to the last cleanup. Chris went the extra mile is doing some related odd and end jobs that was really not his responsibility. We could not be more happy with the final product — both the quality of the work and the materials. At one point Andrew asked us why we picked Five Star. I told him, after meeting with him, that we simply felt like we could trust him and his team. That trust was well-warranted. i can\'t imagine anyone being unhappy with selecting Five Star.
